Steering committee
The Association is directed by the Steering Committee, made at least of twelve members and at most of eighteen members, which are elected for three years by the Membership Meeting, composed of full and affiliate members up to date with their membership fees.
The Steering Committee manages and implements the resolutions adopted at the Membership Meeting and is responsible for the proper running of the association in compliance with the statutes.
The Board is made up of a minimum of five and a maximum of seven members, including the President, the General Secretary, the Treasurer and one or more Vice Presidents.
The Steering Committee is responsible for setting up special committees, made up of the members of the Steering Committee and, where appropriate, active members of the Association, in charge of fulfilling its duties.
The Board is the operational body of the Association.
It is in charge of implementing the decisions of the Membership Meeting and the Steering Committee and of taking day-to-day management action.
The functions of a member of the Steering Committee and of a member of the Board are carried out on a unpaid basis.
The association is managed on a day-to-day basis by the permanent staff.
