It is responsible for managing and implementing decisions taken at the Annual General Meeting, and for taking strategic action in application of our by-laws.

It is made up of contributing graduate members elected at the Annual General Meeting.

The Committee chooses its Executive Committee of 5 to 7 members, from whom the roles of Chairman, Deputy Chairman, General Secretary, Treasurer and Vice-Chairman(s) will be elected.

The Board is the Association's operational body. It is responsible for implementing the Committee's decisions and for day-to-day management.

By participating in quarterly meetings, we are mainly looking for "directors" for projects related to the Office:

- Find corporate partners to finance our projects,

- Manage Alumni LinkedIn groups,

- Participate in monthly afterwork sessions,

- Organize inspiring remote and face-to-face events.

After discussion with the members of the Board, the proposed candidates receive a vote of preference from the Committee, and are presented to the Annual General Meeting.

For final validation of your candidacy, you must be up to date with your membership fees one month before receiving the invitation to the Annual General Meeting.

You will be invited to attend the first Committee meeting held after the Annual General Meeting, and your presence will be effective only if you are elected.

Deadline for applications : March 31.

You are being contacted for an exchange with several members of the current Committee.

Once you've received a positive review, you'll have a remote meeting to introduce you to the Alumni, its operating rules and our expectations in terms of commitment.

When is the vote to elect the members of the Executive Committee?

Voting takes place online and the results are announced at the Annual General Meeting on July 2, 2025 at 7:00 pm.
