COME AND DEFEND THE IAE
COLORS AGAINST THE MOST PRESTIGIOUS FRENCH SCHOOLS

The Tournoi des Grandes Ecoles (TGE) is ateamgolf competition bringing together the most prestigious French engineering and business schools (Polytechnique, HEC, ESSEC, Mines, Central Paris, Arts et Métiers, INSA, ESCP Europe, EPF, ESIEA, Sciences Po, Insead, Mines, ENCP, Edhec, Esce, Escem, Supelec, Isep, Noema, ESTP, and....IAE Paris).

Schools are grouped into 3 pools. The TGE takes place over 5 competitions and a final, from April to October. For 2020, the dates are as follows:

• Thursday June 11 at Golf de Bethemont - 9h00
• Thursday, July 2 at Golf de Fourqueux - 9h00
• Thursday August 27 at Golf de Bethemont - 1:30 pm
• Thursday, September 10 at Golf d'Ozoir la Ferrière - 1:30 pm
• Tuesday, September 29 final at a prestigious golf course
  
  

Each round is an opportunity to play on a different golf course. The Grand Final, with all the teams, takes place in October in a very friendly atmosphere. The top players in each pool play off for the title of TGE Champion, while the others play off for the year's ranking.

Each competition requires 15 players, but they can be different in each round, and each player can play in 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 competitions.

IAE Paris has been taking part in this competition for 5 years.

THE ADVANTAGES OF OUR PARTICIPATION: PRESTIGE, NETWORKING AND SHARING A PASSION.

Constraints: find 15 players available during the week with a minimum golfing level(index 26 for men and 28 for women) and available during the week. Currently fewer than 10 players meet these requirements.
